You agree to the Al Anaqa terms and conditions
If a product doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it within 7 calendar days after receiving the order. To return the ordered item(s), please contact us first through the contact form or email us at info@alanaqa.nl
The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product has damage that is not due to the customer’s actions, according to Al Anaqa. If you have worn the item and are not satisfied, we unfortunately do not refund the costs, and the item cannot be returned.
Return Conditions:
– You can return an item within 7 days. Returns outside this period may be rejected.
– The item must be clean and in the original packaging, if reasonably possible, to be returned.
– You can try on all items, but they must be unworn with all original tags attached.
– Products with damage or makeup cannot be returned.
– Return at the customer’s expense.
– Exchange is not possible (you can return your order and place a new one).
– Note: Fabrics may change color in the factory, so be aware that the color may differ from our old restock.
Delivery
We strive to process your order as soon as possible, within 2 to 3 working days after receiving it. International orders may vary. The delivery time may exceed and this does not entitle the consumer to compensation. Al Anaqa is not responsible for postal office delivery times, so we hope you patiently await your package. Unfortunately, pickup is not possible.
How to Place an Order:

- Fill in your personal details.
- Click ‘Next’.
- Choose between payment methods: Credit card, IDEAL, or Bancontact.
- Click ‘I agree to the terms and conditions’.
- Click ‘Pay’.
Wrong Color/Item Received
If you receive the wrong color/item from Al Anaqa, email us at info@alanaqa.nl with your order number so we can resolve it for you. We’ll send the correct item if possible and provide a shipping label via email for you to return the package. If your email hasn’t been answered, please send another email, or contact us through the contact form.
The following complaints are not treated
– Clothes that have shrunk or damaged due to incorrect washing.
– Damage from improper or intensive use.
– Items damaged or discolored due to excessive sweating.
– Pilling or loose threads due to material quality.
The following complaints that do receive treatment
– Receiving the wrong color.
– Receiving the wrong item.
– Receiving duplicate items.
– Receiving unworn items with stains.
– Factory errors that can be verified by Al Anaqa.
