How can I return my order?
If a product doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 7 calendar days after receiving the order. You can create a shipping label at the nearest post location to send it back to Al Anaqa’s return address. If you wish to return the ordered item(s), please contact us first through the contact form or via email at info@alanaqa.nl
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical store, so it’s not possible to bring back or exchange items. You can only do this by sending your package back and placing a new order through our website www.alanaqa.nl
The cost of return
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is returned with damage not caused by the customer’s actions. If you have worn the item and are not satisfied, we, unfortunately, do not refund the costs, and the item cannot be returned.
Return conditions:
– You can return an item within 7 days; returns outside this period may be rejected.
– The item must be clean and in the original packaging, if reasonably possible, to be returned.
– You can try on all items, but they must be unworn, with all original tags attached.
– Products with damage or makeup will not be exchanged.
– Return at the customer’s expense.
– Note: Fabrics in the factory may change color; please be aware that the color may differ compared to our old restock.
– Please note that colors may appear differently in reality.
– Exchange is not possible (you can return your order and place a new one).
– When returning, please include a note with your order number and full name so we can identify the package.
– The refund will be processed three days after receiving the return.
